BB&T Deserves Praise Not Condemnation

Your article and readers completely missed (see BB&T On-Line Site Treats Its Customers Like Children, Action Line, February 15, 2012) what was obvious to me. BB&T, the bank who always goes above and beyond in caring for me as their customer, took the time to think up questions with answers that are likely to be known ONLY by the account-holder, as opposed to the usual questions that can be found on every Facebook profile or would be known be close friends and family members -- the very ones most likely to be signing in to an account without authorization. BB&T deserves kudos, not condemnation!
Erwin Kayton is the vice president of transportation at BB&T.
