I find it hard to believe that a Washington company with any savvy whatsoever could possibly trust Staples for computer or other tech support (see
Staples Computer Tech Support Becomes Flop Squad--Leaves Customers Stranded and Stapled, Action Line November 30, 2012). Staples should never be trusted for anything more complex than stocking file folders, pencils, and cartons of cheap too-thin paper. Its store people are confused. Its customer service is atrocious. I am amazed this company has not yet shuttered its doors out of sheer incompetence.
