2:35 PM ET July 11. Hamas instructs Gazans how to manage world opinion on social media. "When referring to casualties in Gaza, the term "innocent citizen" should always be added to the name," a video says. "Begin your coverage of the resistance [Hamas] activities by writing ‘in response to the brutal Israeli attack’ and end it with ‘more than X martyrs have been killed since Israel began its aggression against Gaza'."

11:35 PM ET July 11. Sirens are ringing in Tel Aviv right now, asking people to take shelter. PM Netanyahu said that Israel is intensifying the air strikes and that a ground invasion may be necessary.

11:27 AM ET July 11. PM Benjamin Netanyahu said that the radicalization of the Middle East is becoming more evident, and Israel will not drop its guard and will fight for its people. He said that removing long range weapons from Gaza and Hamas is of primary importance and that will have to be part of any cease-hostility deals.

8:17 AM ET July 11. Gaza rocket fire struck a gas station in southern Israel, seriously wounding one person. Rocket fire also came from Lebanon for the first time in in this offensive.

8:02 AM ET July 11. Hamas warns passengers flying in and out of Ben Gurion Airport that it will not be held responsible for lives lost during take-off and landing. Hamas said Ben Gurion is one of its chief targets and has the missiles able to reach the airport.

7:52 AM ET July 11. Since midnight local time, Hamas has fired 44 rockets at Israel; Iron Dome intercepted 11. The IDF has targeted 159 terror sites in the Gaza Strip.

7:50 AM ET July 11. Code Red sirens in Ashdod and surrounding areas. Two interceptions by Iron Dome. Four more rockets land in Negev, outside a community in Eshkol Regional Council.

7:30 AM ET July 11. Rockets fired from Gaza into southern and central Israel strike a gas station fuel tank in Ashdod: serious damage and a fire. Eight people were evacuated to a nearby hospital, one critically injured.

7:10 AM ET July 11. Code Red sirens in Ness Ziona, Ashdod, Rishon, Lezion, Netivot, Ashkelon and Gedera. A Hamas rocket strikes a village in Upper Galilee; no injuries in the attack. Israeli artillery fire was directed at the area from which the rocket was fired. Jerusalem Post.
